Desperately in need of modernisation, we refurbished, altered and extended this 1930's styled building. The end result, a sleek, sharp and perfectly finished Art Deco inspired contemporary marine residence. Folding-sliding doors expand the living space, while the new roof terrace takes full advantage of the spectacular views.
