A redundant car showroom gave rise to the opportunity to create 12 apartments and 2 houses in a Georgian styled building over four floors. Although there was strong opposition locally, we secured Planning Permission in 2007. A variety of different apartments, most with outdoor amenity space, covered car parking, and a large glazed atrium form part of this development.
